No. This is a voluntary program for patients, meaning you can still choose to see any Medicare provider regardless whether they are part of an MSSP ACO and your benefits will remain the same.

No. You can continue using all of the same providers you have used in the past. However, your primary physician may recommend a provider for you. The choice is always yours.

Not at all. You still have Traditional Medicare and if you have any supplemental or prescription coverage, nothing will change with those plans either.
